Tuna Burger

 

3 cans chunk light tuna
¼ cup flax meal
4 green onions
2 tbsp black mustard seed
2 omega 3 eggs
1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 tsp soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
Salt & pepper
2 tsp olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl . Pan fry on skillet – 6 minutes per side
