Thai Ground Bison

1 lb bison
1/3 head cabbage shredded
(about 3 cups)
1 carrot, Sliced
1 medium green pepper
cut into 1-inch cubes
1 small onion,cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp peanut sauce
Salt, pepper and chili
powder, to taste

Serves 2

Fry the bison in a large nonstick skillet (or frying pan) coated with olive oil cooking spray over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, until browed. Add the cabbage, carrot, green pepper
and onion and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently. After the vegetables have browned, add the penut sause and spices. Serve warm.
