Grilled Teriyaki Salmon


1 lbs salmon fillets
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons crushed garlic
3 tablespoons apple juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons green onions , chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Combine soy sauce, garlic, juice, lemon juice and ginger in small bowl, whisk together. Marinate salmon in mixture for 20 minutes or more, overnight if possible. Reserve leftover marinade for glazing. Stir in sesame seeds and green onions and cook over low heat . Bring marinade to a boil for a few minutes to allow to thicken. Grill or bake salmon for 5-7 minutes per side. Grill with skin side up first( if it has skin ). Serve salmon with a spoonful of hot teriyaki glaze drilled over top.
