Turkey Burger


Ground turkey can be dry...

This recipe is quite good and made for a juicy high protein low fat burger

Lean ground turkey- 1lb
1 finely diced apple
1/2 finely diced onion
5 finely diced mushrooms
1 omega 3 egg
1 finely diced clove of garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
½ apple finely chopped
1.2 tsp salt

Pan fry in coconut oil. Fry onions until brown, add apples and mushrooms and stir fry for about 4 minutes. Place all ingredients into large bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into patties and broil each side about 4 minutes when juices run clear
