Baja Mahi Mahi


1 lbs of mahi mahi steaks
1/1-4 cup diced tomatoe
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1/4 cup bell pepper diced
1 teaspoon diced jalapeno
2-1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 dash hot pepper sauce

prepare salsa by combining vegetables, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and olive oil in small bowl. Allow salsa to rest in the refrigerator for as long as possible...preferably overnight .. Spreinkle fish with salt and pepper and bbbq.. Top with chilled salsa
